Welcome!
My name is Jason Van Dyke and I am a lawyer living in Dallas. This site has evolved over the years and is
now more of an online photo gallery and FAQ which I have devoted mostly to things other than the law and
politics. This page is under heavy construction right now and most of this page does not work at this time.
Please check back every now and then as I set everything back up. Most people only know me as I am either as a
professional in the courtroom or as a kind of conservative pit-bull in the political scene. For those who are interested,
this site provides an opportunity to learn a little bit more about who I am and what I like to do.
I have also set this site up as kind of a "statement" on what people have told me either does or does not constitute
"conduct becoming of a professional." I did not go to law school so I could give up the things I enjoyed doing before
I became a lawyer; I went because I wanted to be able to get a job that I not only enjoyed, but one that would allow
me to continue doing the things I enjoy. Perhaps a bit of what I enjoy is less-than-orthodox - but we live in the
United States of America, which at least until January 20, 2009, is not currently occupied by agents of the former
Kremlin. So enjoy!
